It is about experiencing magic and miracles in your daily experience and feeling connected to something bigger than yourself. It is about knowing what your soul gifts are and more effortlessly being able to give them in service. It is about connecting with grace, gratitude, compassion and joy and having those be your baseline emotions. The third Season is the Season of Awaken. In this Season you experience progress and are powerfully able to create your life. You say вЂњThank you, but I no longer need you!вЂќ to any thought, behavior, pattern or way of being that no longer serves you. This Season is about harnessing your power, passion and courage so you can stop playing small and make the change that you are ready to make in your life to be more in alignment with the best version of yourself. The second Season is the Season of Transform. You become aware of, acknowledge and accept (AAA) how you are have been suffering, have parts of yourself that you have denied or disowned, and are stuck. This Season is about discovering how you have run from pain and do everything you can to avoid it. The first Season is the Season of Discover. The 12 Stages of Healing are made up of 4 Seasons of Well-Being. We receive the gift of each stage when we can fully become AWARE of, ACKNOWLEDGE and ACCEPT (AAA) that stage. They are simply pieces of creating a greater whole, to more successfully allow you to heal. Each stage of the healing process has its own rhythm, and no one stage is вЂbetterвЂ™ than another. The purpose of SRI is to help you heal more effectively through connecting with the rhythm of your appropriate stage of healing. It is an unparalleled tool for personal healing and empowerment. SRI is a means of gaining the wisdom from your pain, tension, symptoms or dis-ease through the use of your own hands, breath, and movement. Eventually, we recognize limits that come from a lack of wholeness and seek to start stage one again.SRI, or the 12 Stages of Healing, stands for Somato Respiratory Integration. You receive gifts from others and know spiritual choices affect all being. Involved with humanity, you achieve a wholeness from sharing your individual gifts with the community. You love and serve without attachment to any given situation. You feel renewed beyond limits and enter the world again. Limits, boundaries, judgments and our existing sense of self can be transcended. There is a union between you and the universeвЂ™s creative forces. A life force flows through you, and you are aware of it. You can finally appreciate your energetic fullness, knowing youвЂ™re more than a physical body. You feel gratitude and connection, as well as alignment with surrounding events.

Feeling emptied after that discharge, you enter a realm of possibilities. A resolution is achieved thanks to a sense of accomplishment, inner strength and peace. Processes like fever, sneezing or vomiting are common forms, as well as crying or laughing. Bio-electric energy and mechanical energy are discharged.
